Join us to make the ultimate Christmas treat, fruit mince pies. We’ll walk you through every step from making the mincemeat filling to the pastry and crafting a beautiful finished product over a 90 minute workshop.

During this class you’ll make:

• Fruit mince filling

• Shortcrust pastry

This workshop takes place entirely online, all recipes and ingredient lists will be forwarded to you prior to the class so you can prepare. This workshop is suitable for bakers of all levels and is led by a trained pastry chef who will answer all your questions. You can participate from anywhere in the world but be aware times are in Central European Standard Time (GMT+1).
