Every Nan’s favourite biscuit, the melting moment. You know the one, shortbread like biscuit that melts as you bite into it. The regular version has plain icing in the middle but not these, it’s a little fancy and a lot of flavour with a punchy bright passionfruit icing sandwiching two perfect halves.

On request these can be made gluten free at no extra charge, though please bear in mind it is a shared kitchen.
